Verification of journey with GPS issues

Due to issues with GPS signal accuracy in some areas, we have implemented journey data verification to ensure the correct earnings amount. If the journey does not pass the automatic verification, it is sent for manual review by the Customer Service.

Once the verification is complete, you will receive a notification, and the exact earnings amount will be displayed in the “Earnings and Journeys” section. This process usually takes up to 24 hours.

If earnings for the journey has not appeared after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service.
