When you book a chauffeur, you expect more than just a driver. With the title comes a set of expectations.

The Chauffeurs

If you cancel your journey within 5 minutes of receiving the notification that your chauffeur is on their way, there will be no charge.

However, if you cancel any later or after your chauffeur has arrived, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the class requested.
